In my long and rewarding career in franchising I don't know of anyone I revere more than Don. Don is the most genuine example of the consummate leader and executive in our or any industry. There is no rival to his integrity, professionalism, and caring of the many that are fortunate enough to interact with him.
I have come to deeply respect and appreciate Don for his never-ending ambition to help people be successful. He has consistently poured his life and attention into the IFPG to create opportunities for people like me who share his passion. He is a strong but humble leader, with a tenacious heart.
